A Place to Heal, A Space to Breathe Again

an intentional space to heal
Sometimes, an hour a week in therapy isn’t enough. Sometimes you need a bigger exhale: space to process, grieve, reflect, and grow without rushing back into the noise of everyday life. That’s why we offer intensive therapy retreats: immersive, focused healing experiences where you can step away from the distractions and give your story the time it deserves.
How We Work

An Integrated Approach

EMDR + IFS: Healing Inside and Out

When you've been through trauma, it can feel like different parts of you are pulling in different directions: stuck, overwhelmed, protective, or hurting. Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems-informed (IFS) parts work therapy, we help you:
  • Reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional grip.
  • Understand the protective, wounded, and longing parts of yourself.
  • Create space for self-compassion and real, lasting peace.

KAP: Opening New Doors

Sometimes trauma therapy alone isn’t enough to unlock the deeper places inside. That’s where Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can help. KAP supports the brain in creating new, healthier pathways. It can help you:
  • Lower emotional defenses so deeper healing can happen.
  • Break free from patterns that feel too stuck to change.
  • Experience profound peace, new perspectives, and spiritual connection.

Why Choose an Intensive Retreat?

An intensive isn’t just "more therapy" — it’s a whole different experience:

  • Faster breakthroughs: Extended sessions help you go deeper, faster, without feeling rushed.
  • Uninterrupted space: No work emails, no calendar alerts — just space to focus on your healing.
  • Nature as medicine: Our retreat is tucked away on seven peaceful acres, where you can actually slow down and breathe.
  • Faith-centered care: Every step of your healing journey is held in Christ’s love and presence.

Your Environment Matters

Decorative
Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We’ve created a space designed to nurture restoration, inside and out:
  • A small vineyard and growing forest for quiet walks.
  • A peaceful pond with a canoe for stillness and reflection.
  • A private escape from rushing, shared walls or strangers.
  • A pool and hot tub to rest after doing hard inner work.

Our approach

When Traditional Therapy Isn't Enough

EMDR
IFS
At With Me Therapy, our primary approach blends Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a safe, structured, and Christ-centered environment. When appropriate, we also incorporate KAP to support and deepen the healing process.
For some, deep healing requires more than trauma therapy alone. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provides a powerful way to break through emotional barriers, rewire patterns of suffering, and access healing in ways that may have felt out of reach before.
