Heather's rate is $225/hour. The retreats are all custom and are between 5–15 hours over 1–3 days. We only charge for your time in therapy, and the accommodations are included. Contact Heather to create a retreat intensive that is right for you.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. It works by gently reprocessing painful memories so they no longer carry the same weight.
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements, tapping, or tones—to help the brain unlock and reprocess trauma. This allows the emotional intensity to settle, making space for healing and peace.
EMDR is effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, chronic pain, and many other trauma-related struggles.
Unlike traditional therapy, EMDR doesn’t rely only on talking about your story. It engages your brain’s natural healing process, getting to the root of distress rather than just learning coping strategies.
An intensive is a concentrated therapy format, with multiple sessions over one or more consecutive days. It creates space for deeper, faster progress without the stop-and-start of weekly sessions.
They’re especially helpful for people seeking quicker resolution of trauma, those with demanding schedules, or those traveling from out of town.
Sessions typically run 3–6 hours per day, depending on what your body and heart can sustain.
Yes. In fact, many people find intensives even more effective because of the uninterrupted, focused time together. What might take months of weekly therapy can begin to shift in just a few days.
Ketamine is short-acting and carefully guided in a therapeutic setting. Some people experience strong or difficult emotions—but these moments often become the doorway to real breakthroughs when processed with support. Most describe the experience as calming, reflective, and deeply meaningful.
Yes. Ketamine has been used safely in medical settings for decades. In a therapeutic context, it’s administered at a low dose, with careful monitoring. For at-home sessions, we require that someone you trust stays with you to ensure your safety.
For many, relief begins quickly and can last weeks or even months. With follow-up integration therapy and spiritual practices, these benefits often extend and deepen over time.
Yes. While we welcome people from all backgrounds, this retreat is designed especially for those who want to bring their Christian faith into their healing journey. Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual reflection are woven naturally alongside evidence-based therapy.
The first evening is devoted entirely to the ketamine session. It’s a quiet, supported space to receive, rest, and begin the inward journey without rushing into therapy.
Therapy sessions begin the next day (and continue into the following morning if you’re in a two-night retreat). These sessions use IFS-infused EMDR to gently engage what surfaced during the ketamine experience.
Yes. For the follow-up (7–14 days later), you’ll self-administer ketamine at home the day before meeting with Heather online. You’ll need someone safe with you. If you prefer, you can do this as an on-site follow-up retreat instead.
Healing continues. You may choose to keep working with self-administered ketamine sessions at home, each paired with an 80-minute online therapy session. This rhythm of care helps you carry the retreat’s breakthroughs into daily life.
Journey Clinical is a medical provider that specializes in prescribing ketamine for therapeutic use. They make sure it’s safe for you, provide medical oversight, and handle the prescription process.
Yes. Before beginning ketamine treatment, you’ll meet online with a licensed clinician from Journey Clinical. They’ll review your health history, answer questions, and determine if ketamine is safe and appropriate for you.
Everything happens virtually—you don’t need to travel or go into a clinic. Once you’ve been medically cleared, Journey Clinical will mail the ketamine directly to you. From there, you’ll use it either during your retreat or in follow-up at-home sessions, always paired with therapy.
Heather and the With Me team partner closely with Journey Clinical to ensure your care is seamless. Journey Clinical provides the medical piece, while With Me provides the therapeutic and spiritual support. Together, it creates a safe, holistic path for healing.
Ketamine is a prescription medication, and Journey Clinical is the medical partner who ensures you can receive it safely and legally. This way, you get the best of both worlds: medical oversight for safety and therapeutic care for integration and transformation.
For some follow-up sessions, you’ll take a prescribed dose of ketamine in the comfort of your own home the day before your scheduled online therapy session. You’ll need a trusted person present to ensure safety.
Ketamine opens a window in the brain where new pathways can form. Meeting the next day allows you to process those insights with Heather through EMDR and IFS, making the experience more meaningful and lasting.
Yes. If you prefer not to self-administer at home, you’re welcome to return for an on-site follow-up retreat. This gives you the same rhythm—ketamine one evening, therapy the next morning—but in the safe setting of the vineyard retreat.
